My Fitness Journey

I’ve always been interested in fitness and being active even going so far as to complete both the New York marathon (3:33min) and the Boston marathons (3:27min). When I lived in Tokyo (5 Years), and New York (5 Years), I had personal trainers and was always fairly consistent with my workouts but never seemed to get the results I really wanted. It was frustrating and I finally decided to enrol in a personal training course with the NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) and work on developing my own fitness programs. At the time, I also completed a 6-month nutrition program with one of New York’s top nutritionists Dr Oz Garcia.

I've constantly worked to refine my training programs implementing the best exercises and dietary tips that I know really work. As a result I've found that over the years and even after having 3 babies my weight has remained stable, my energy levels are high, I feel great, and am consistently fit, toned and healthy. After having my second child by making a few tweaks to my regular workout routine, tweaks designed to shred the last of the baby weight & get my body in the best shape of my life, I discovered that not only was I in great shape, but my hormone fertility levels (AMH) had also actually increased! Subsequently I fell pregnant almost straight away when my husband and I decided to try for baby number 3.

 I strongly believe that with a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and weight training you can absolutely reverse the signs of aging and improve your health at the cellular level.
